Our family’s story
Three generations, one last wish
Our grandmother started our family’s puzzle shop in Florida. Over the years, two more generations became part of the business, helping carry forward the shop she had built.
For our family, the shop connects three generations. Our grandmother founded it, our mother helped continue it, and we grew up with it as part of our lives. That history makes the decision we’re sharing today a difficult one.
Our grandmother has been diagnosed with an incurable illness. Following her diagnosis, our family has made the personal decision to close the shop.
Before we close, there is one wish of hers we want to fulfill. She wants every remaining puzzle to find a home where someone will enjoy it.
That wish has helped us decide what to do with the puzzles still in our shop. As we prepare to close, we are giving our remaining collection away as a thank-you to the people who have supported our family over the years.
The puzzles themselves are free. You only pay the shipping charge for your order.
We want that distinction to be clear. Our family is choosing to give away the remaining stock, while the recipient pays to have their order shipped. It is how we can offer the puzzles as gifts and send them to their new homes.
For us, there is comfort in thinking about what happens after a box leaves our shop.
A puzzle might become a quiet evening at the kitchen table. It might be something a grandparent and grandchild work on together, or a project someone returns to for a few minutes each day. We hope each one brings someone the pleasure of finding a piece they have been searching for and, eventually, completing the picture.
Those are the moments we want for the puzzles that remain.
Closing a business that has been part of three generations is hard. We will miss having this shared part of our family’s life. Being able to carry out our grandmother’s wish gives us something meaningful to work toward as we prepare to say goodbye.

A4 is our medium size and A3 our large size, with more pieces. Some designs also come in the smaller A5 size, and a few in A2. The exact piece count, difficulty and puzzling time for each size are listed in the product details of every puzzle. Our wooden puzzles are recommended for ages 12 and up.
